With the accelerated process of China's new urbanization,rural population to urban agglomeration,living demand is growing,while living in the planning and construction of the existence of blind development,lack of unified planning and other issues.At the same time,the layout of residential functional areas is to further implement the main functional area planning,the academic research on residential functional areas is still in a preliminary stage.The division of residential function area is helpful to guide the population to the appropriate development of regional agglomeration,and promote the coordinated and interactive development between different functional areas,and form a reasonable regional development pattern.Under the background of the main function zoning,this paper discusses the idea and method of the classification and distribution of residential functional areas in Dalian city from the perspective of "multi planning in one".In accordance with the requirements of the "multi planning" of functional living area layout,first to build a unified suitable evaluation index system,then use AHP to determine the weight of each index,then use ArcGIS buffer analysis function of single factor evaluation map generation,will each evaluation factor overlay,and finally the formation of functional living area is suitable for the results of the evaluation of the map,to complete the classification.Residential functional area in the new district is finally divided into five types:the most suitable,suitable,generally suitable,less suitable and unsuitable.The most suitable areas are mainly concentrated in Dalian Development Zone,Pu Wan New Area;suitable areas are mainly concentrated in Jinzhou City,Deng Sha He Street,20 Li Pu Street and fort town and other areas;generally suitable areas are mainly concentrated in Da Wei Street,Xing Shu street,Bay Street and other areas.In the appropriate evaluation classification based on,according to the appropriate type,population size,radius of service,service facilities,the main function of the type and other factors,Jin Pu New Area residential function area dividing to three levels,the main urban residential district,the focus of the town(street)living function area and the center of the village(community)functional living area,respectively,the number of 3,27,and 78,clear facilities spatial distribution characteristics of.Then,construct the population database with the community(Village)as the basic unit,and clarify the spatial distribution characteristics of the request point.Secondly,the data set of traffic network is established to communicate with each other.Finally,using ArcGIS network analysis the location allocation model,setting of parameter optimization and analysis criterion,to get the final,center of the village(community)functional living area eventually 71 options to meet all 264 point request needs.The focus of the town(street)residential functional areas and ultimately 26 options to meet all 78 point request needs;Jinzhou City Residential District,Pu Lan Dian City residential function zone and Dalian Development Zone functional living area can meet all 27 point request needs.
