By consulting the literature of entrepreneurship, education, psychology, management, literature, comparative study, the questionnaire method, interviews and induction methods, starting from the basic theory of entrepreneurship education through the Graduate and mentor to conduct a survey and survey results were statistically analyzed, combined with entrepreneurship education managers and entrepreneurs graduate interviews, the problems of the graduate entrepreneurship education are revealed, and the causes are analyzed in the thesis. In addition, learn from the successful experience of the typical U.S. colleges and universities entrepreneurship education model based on the idea of college graduate entrepreneurship education. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Graduate entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial talent to train high-level far-reaching impact. Explore the logical starting point for the "entrepreneurial" and "entrepreneurship education", and come out on graduate entrepreneurship education. Concept of "Entrepreneurship Education" and " innovative education, employment education and graduate entrepreneurship education" and "Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Education" to further clarify the connotation of graduate entrepreneurship education, means and goals. In addition, comprehensive human development theory, humanistic psychology theory theory and graduate entrepreneurship education on the need to analyze, draw graduate students to carry out entrepreneurship education reasonable and practical significance is consistent with graduate education culture goals and graduate education in law, but also conducive to high-level entrepreneurial talents.(2) An empirical survey on graduate student instructors, graduate students, entrepreneurs graduate entrepreneurship education managers revealed the positioning of graduate entrepreneurship education is not clear that entrepreneurship education system and educational way to a mere formality; entrepreneurship education from the school teachers, social macro environment are less than perfect aspect of analysis of the impact factors of entrepreneurship education; reflects the overall quality of students receiving entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial capacity to improve the results; Graduate entrepreneurship education, sustainable development outlook.(3) Analysis of the "magnet" model of the Babson College, Stanford University "radiation" mode, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology "mixed" mode, and three university business model, summarized the success of these modes of common experiences and characteristics, namely forward-looking concept of entrepreneurship education, good teachers, improve curriculum teaching system. Experience to provide for the implementation of graduate entrepreneurship education.(4) In the theoretical discussion on the basis of experience in educational outcomes of empirical investigations and foreign entrepreneurs to learn from the situation of our country, the implementation of the concept of graduate entrepreneurship education:to establish a graduate entrepreneurship education philosophy, the need to clear the goal of graduate entrepreneurship education, optimization internal and external environment for entrepreneurship education, graduate entrepreneurship education, specific measures to build the evaluation system of graduate entrepreneurship education.
