Research On The Entrepreneurial Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Graduate Students In Guizhou Colleges And Universities Based On The TPB Theory

To some extent,entrepreneurship is an important way to promote economic development,enhance social vitality and improve people's livelihood.At the same time,the entrepreneurship of university graduate students can not only meet the needs of the Times and open up new ways of employment,but also play an important role in cultivating future entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial willingness is the most direct motivation for entrepreneurial behavior,and also the best indicator to predict entrepreneurial behavior.At present,under the influence of the native family's traditional idea of choosing career,graduate students present the thought characteristics of stable employment,and their entrepreneurial intention is obviously low.As a high-level social talent,postgraduates should play an exemplary role in the atmosphere of mass innovation and entrepreneurship,actively carry out the practice of self-employment and drive other groups to participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship activities.However,the low willingness of graduate students to start businesses not only affects their own employment,but also becomes a constraint factor for the country to effectively implement the "double creation" strategy.This paper carried out about guizhou province colleges and universities graduate student entrepreneurial intention and its influence factors,the perspective of guizhou university graduate student for the object to the hypothesis that the state and local governments in guizhou macro factors such as business policy and market environment is relatively stable,under the condition of extracting five factors affecting entrepreneurial intention to graduate: personal background information,entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurship education,etc.,to establish graduate entrepreneurship will influence factors of the index system.Then,the questionnaire was designed according to the proposed factor index system.The adaptability and feasibility of this study were tested and evaluated through preliminary survey and interview.Finally,the questionnaire was revised and improved.In addition,TPB theoretical model and SPSS data statistics and other tools are used to analyze the obtained data results.Influenced by various factors,the entrepreneurial willingness level of Postgraduates in Guizhou Province is generally low.The gender,major,internship experience and family business history has a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial intention.In addition,entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control have a strong positive correlation with entrepreneurial intention,among which the subjective norms are weaker than the influence of entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavior control on entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurship education needs to influence graduate students' entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control and other aspects so as to have a role in the conclusion of entrepreneurial intention.According to the conclusion that the overall level of graduate students' entrepreneurial willingness in guizhou province is not high,this paper gives Suggestions and Suggestions on improving graduate students' entrepreneurial willingness,stimulating graduate students' entrepreneurial behavior and improving the success rate of graduate students' entrepreneurship.
