Research On The Cultivation Of Entrepreneurial Talents Among Graduate Students

The cultivation of the graduate student entrepreneurial talent is an important content to adapt to the era of progress and economic development, so it is vitally significant to realize our country’s economy sustained, stable and healthy development. Compared with the developed countries, our country graduate student entrepreneurial talent training in colleges and universities is relatively lag, such as lack of high-level, high-quality entrepreneurial talent, talent innovation ability is not strong and so on human resources issues outstanding. Therefore, development of entrepreneurship education of graduate students and train graduate students entrepreneurial talents is very important to the development of China’s economy and society.The main ideas of this study are as follows. Firstly, we define the relevant concepts of graduate student entrepreneurial talents, including entrepreneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship and innovation and entrepreneurial talents of graduate students and expound the graduate student entrepreneurial talent training theory basis at the same time. Secondly, we analyze the main form and necessity of graduate student entrepreneurial talent training in our country. We analyze the cognitive differences between the graduate student entrepreneurs and graduate students via questionnaire so that can depict the entrepreneurial attitude in the current colleges and universities. Again, we put forward entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial tendencies relationship hypothesis under the background of university graduate student based on literature review and heterogeneity. According to the questionnaire survey to extract data, we build the regression model, analyze college graduate background heterogeneity and the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial tendencies of mechanism. Finally, we propose a number of countermeasures and suggestions about the university graduate student entrepreneurial talent training, so as to indicate the direction graduate student entrepreneurial talent training in colleges and universities. In this paper, the main research results include:(1) Lack of system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities graduate students. First of all, we found that in the process of literature review, theoretical study of graduate entrepreneurship education also lags behind and the shortages of document about graduate entrepreneurship education are serious. Secondly, the questionnaire survey results shows that the students are calling school to provide entrepreneurship education, such as carry out the imparting of knowledge, the development course of undertaking business aspects of the contest and entrepreneurial skills training, etc.(2) The gaps exist in college graduate student entrepreneurial talent training and social needs but the converting potentiality is amazing. Based on the descriptive statistics of questionnaire survey results shows that:on the one hand, cognitive gaps exist in graduate students and graduate students of entrepreneurship, they are not prepare to realize the social demand; on the other hand, survey data shows that the average of university graduate entrepreneurship tend is good but the difference is big. This suggests that there are still more graduate students are holding the traditional employment concept and lack of innovation consciousness.(3)"The two force driving model" of college graduate entrepreneurship intention. Background heterogeneity, the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial tendencies of model shows that the graduate entrepreneurship tendency ascension is in line with "two force driving model", namely the internal driving force and external pulling power. There exists motivation induced effect, quality effect and energy accumulation effect (internal force) in entrepreneurial purposes, entrepreneurial quality and entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurial environment exist environmental constraint effect (external pulling power).On this basis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, mainly including:strengthen entrepreneurship education, improve the graduate student’s entrepreneurial orientation; make the supporting policies perfect, create a good environment for graduate student entrepreneurial talents; Graduate student self cultivation and promotion.
