The Child Protection Questions Under The Background Of Social Transformation

This kind of tradition and modern intertwined situation makes all kinds of social contradictions are more complicated and more not controllable. With the frequent reports of the campus massacre, more and more sociology scholars begin to pay close attention to the protection of children’s emerging transformation——a research of child protection that in the context of the social transformation, in order to prevent the campus massacre’s regeneration and children’s long-term development path for the target.This article brings the Social-Psychological strain theory as the theoretical basis. Raising the basic assumptions,"Campus massacre is under the action of the external’social structure’ and individual inner’stress and psychological processing mechanism’products". And attempt to explore the reasons of the campus tragedy from the social and psychological levels. Put the "P-I-E" as a clue, trying to clarify and analyze the relationship between the school massacre, the life history of experience with children protection measures. The same time, from the point of view of the ecological system theory, find the interpretation of theoretical and empirical validation of proposed countermeasures of the child protection issues.Studies suggest that campus massacre, the protection of children and the background of social transformation are intertwined, and our social welfare system, social work administration system, child protection consciousness absent and other reasons, making this policy recommendations should thus two aspects. Construct campus massacre that prevent mechanism and the protection of children intervention mechanism, and separately from the macro, meso, micro three perspectives two big mechanism concrete countermeasures.
