| The migrant workers backflow home and set up business is the inevitable phenomenon for rural labor force output to a certain stage. They are considered special groups in the various industries, its special status are more vulnerable to unfair and unreasonable treatment, so they became to the most vulnerable and most needy groups in the work force. Therefore, the migrant worker is the corporate social work’s basic services object. In current stage of our country, peasant in the city takes money and technique back to their home to create firm in which firm owner is worker as well but not get rid of the restrict as a peasant. They need concern strongly of the society when they created firm, developed themselves and their family. This research is to analyze the predicaments and questions when the peasants go back to begin an undertaking by the way of the concepts and skills of social work then seek for the feasibility of the social work on the basis of the requirement analysis to the peasants. As a result, this paper will use the way of qualitative after utilizing some works of foreign and developed places.The first chapter of this paper is introduction, including background, document summery, main concept, research frame and way and aim of this research. The second chapter, it presents basis study theory and related conception. The third chapter takes three typical cases out from thirteen interview objects and introduces their main problems and their concrete situation.
