Industry of processing and manufacturing has the feature of labor-intensive. A largenumber of basic work are completed by employees on the front line.Image and efficiencyof the enterprises largely depends on the quality of employees’service and efficiency.Arecent years,increasing number of migrant workers which was born in the1980s and1990s poured into the enterprise which has the feature of labor-intensive.Some of themhave become the backbones of enterprise.Compared with other migrant workers,mostmigrant workers of new generation have the characteristic of higher-level education,widervision,stronger sense of innovation and individuality. As the same as dynamism andinnovation,they also brings higher turnover rate than the other migrant workers.Thephenomenon of turnover increase the cost of human resource management,affectingproduction effectiveness of the enterprise,and also restricting the sustainable developmentof these enterprises.For example with R enterprise,by analyzing the exit interview records with servingthe new generation of migrant workers,by interview with the senior managers of Renterprise and with the migrant workers who are on the job or had left,then have acomprehensive understanding of the situation of human resources management and thedemands of migrant workers of new generation.And then combined with specific cases thatenterprise social work intervene,further analysis of the importance and practicalsignificance of the introduction of Social Work in Enterprise.It’s important to learn how toimprove the management of the new generation of migrant workers and control or reducethe phenomenon of separation.There has important theoretical and practical significance onenhancing human resource management of R enterprise and achieving human resourcesplanning strategy.And also provide useful reference to other enterprises.
