Research On The Service Strategy Of Enterprise Social Workers Involved In Migrant Workers

With the globalization of the city changes brought by urbanization,a large number of rural population into the city and try to find a "new world" live in the city.Data show that the resident population urbanization rate Chinese with an average annual growth rate of more than 1 percentage points,to the end of 2015,the resident population urbanization rate has reached 56.1%,the national new urbanization resident population reached 770 million.Data derived from the national development and Reform Commission organized the "2015 report",March 2016,for consumers,the process of migrant workers has reached 270 million.Many migrant workers will lead to many social problems related to migrant workers,at the same time,along with the development of social work occupation and specialization,professional theory from the perspective of social work also gradually into the migrant workers service,while this paper is from the perspective of enterprise social work dimension,in-depth analysis of enterprise social work how to solve the new requirements of migrant workers under the new situation,but also to promote corporate social workers in the labor intensive areas of community development and industrial services the plight of migrant workers to provide constructive initiatives.This paper adopts the method of case study,the enterprises and the industrial park of Dongguan City Hengli Town,the factory staff as the research object,through participatoryobservation through the purchase of G community service center of government enterprise employee care project ",and to participate in the project of social workers and service objects were interviewed to obtain the first hand the data and research,investigate the involvement of factory intensive regional service project and content of migrant workers social work in enterprise,by the end of the project was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of difficulties and strategies to social work on enterprises to participate in the service of migrant workers.It is found that the development of the social work in the enterprise is still in the primary stage of development.The enterprise social workers' intervention in the enterprise or the factory service is insufficient in the macro,medium and micro level,and the social organizations are not able to participate in the strength and support.The migrant workers are low in my sense of value and lack the ability to increase their abilities.In view of this dilemma,this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies on building the bridge of communication between the government and the migrant workers,strengthening the service of social organizations and enterprises,and enhancing the individual human capital of migrant workers.
