Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Willingness Of College Students To Return To The Hometown And Start A Business In Wuxi Higher Vocational Colleges

The report of the 20th Party Congress emphasizes that talent is the first resource,and China needs to further implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talents.At present,China is fully promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,and the prerequisite for rural revitalization is talent revitalization,which is the key to building a livable and beautiful countryside.To this end,local governments should provide proper guidance to university graduates so that they can return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,contribute more strength and wisdom to their hometowns,promote the development of rural construction,and facilitate the realization of the goal of rural revitalization strategy as soon as possible.In this context,the country has formulated a series of policies to attract talents to their hometowns and encourage college students to return to their hometowns to start their own businesses.Not only can the pressure of the current employment difficulties of college students be effectively relieved,but also can inject fresh blood into rural revitalization and contribute to the promotion of rural social and economic development by rooting in the countryside,so that they can better realize their personal value while creating social value.Based on the structural theory,social support theory and behavioral plan theory,this paper investigates the factors influencing the willingness of rural college students to return to their hometowns in Wuxi colleges and universities,using the empirical analysis method,and draws scientific conclusions,so that the relevant departments and colleges can better encourage rural college students to return to their hometowns and make contributions to building their hometowns,and the relevant government departments can The study will provide valuable reference for relevant government departments and universities to encourage rural college students to return to their hometowns and contribute to the construction of their hometo wns.This paper mainly researches and analyzes the following aspects:(1)It compiles in detail the relevant literature on entrepreneurship in rural areas at home and abroad,especially the research results on rural college students,and focuses on the factors that affect the willingness of rural college students to return to their hometowns.(2)Through literature compilation,face-to-face interview and other research methods,combined with the relevant theoretical basis,we designed a questionnaire for rural college students to return to their hometown and start their own business.Taking the rural college students of Wuxi higher vocational colleges as the main group,we interviewed some rural college students who had already graduated and conducted statistical analysis on their willingness to return to their hometown and start their own businesses,so as to find out the factors influencing them to return to their hometowns and start their own businesses.(3)With the help of SPSS software,the collected data were analyzed and organized,and the main influencing factors were obtained through logistic binary regression analysis.(4)Based on the research results of this paper,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the entrepreneurship of rural college students returning to the hometown.This research finds that the willingness of rural college students to return to the hometown and start their own businesses in Wuxi higher vocational colleges is affected by college students themselves,their families,economic factors and social support factors.In order to promote rural college students return to the hometown and start a business in Wuxi higher vocational colleges from five aspects,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote rural college students return to their hometown and start their own business in Wuxi higher vocational colleges,respectively,individuals should improve their entrepreneurial ability and level,Families should discard prejudice and rationally treat college students returning to the hometown and start a business,colleges and universities should establish a sound scientific entrepreneurial talent training system,the government should improve the supporting policies of college students return to the hometown and start a Business,and the society should create a good environment for college students return to the hometown and start a Business.
