In our world today, multi-cultural values caused by the globalization are whollyinfiltrated, as well as the utilitarian and material enormously expands in the market economy,which is an invisible force impacting subjective moral awareness and behavior. ContemporaryChinese moral construction is also facing the development of corresponding economy, scienceand culture, and this leads to the development of the new way of life, the new challenges. It issignificant to realize people s moral consciousness to wake up the self-consciousness andpersonal awareness moral consciousness of subject, Moral freedom is that the main bodyconsciously chooses to act spontaneously in accordance with the ethical principles and norms;it has the three important characteristics of Conscious understanding, Voluntary emotional,emotional understanding and Autonomous behavior.In Western Philosophy, the traditional moral freedom is main show the transmutationfrom rationalism to existentialism. Kant believed that human nature is rational, Improperrational help people control the lusts; the action In accordance with rational action is free.While Sartre believes that moral freedom is that people get rid of all the shackles of, andpursuit of self-value and commitment to the ideal state of the corresponding responsibilities.They were from different sides to emphasize the historic significance to human civilizationand social progress that we achieve the moral freedom. Moral freedom is an inherentrequirement of the moral life, is the people shown in the moral activity in a State ofconsciousness, autonomy, spirit of self-regulation. The dissertation regards Moral freedom asa staring point and enables the ultimate goal of moral education concentrated and shown asthe free issue of the morals.The paper is divided into four parts, the preamble clarify the origin and status ofresearch on the problem of moral freedom, and point out that the research on moral freedomhas certain theoretical and practical significance. The first part is an overview of the moralfreedom, it makes explore to the relationship between morality and freedom, and then have anexplanation and selection on the concept of moral freedom. The second part is the main bodyof the theses, in this section, it discusses that moral freedom is the highest level of moral need,and is also the needs for subjectivity Moral Personality; it points out the moral freedom iscomplete state of the moral ideal, and is the ultimate goal of moral education. The third partdiscuss the way to cultivate moral freedom, it includes self-education, personality education,and moral freedom of education, social and moral education.
