High school geography as one of the basic required courses, to themodern citizen quality plays an important role in training. High schoolgeography compulsory textbook of compulsory1in high schoolgeography curriculum is students learn this discipline basis. One of thesecond unit" the atmosphere on the earth" is the person to teachprinting plate has to study1key, the table of contents the most. Inteaching practice that a considerable part of the students in the studyof the content of this part is in the learning difficulties in the state, it willnot only discourage students geography learning enthusiasm, forstudents learning the knowledge of natural science, understanding thelaws of nature have adverse effects. This paper focuses on is" theatmosphere on the earth" unit learning problems and teachingstrategies of implementation.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction,mainly on the research background, research status at home andabroad, the research content and significance and the researchmethods and innovation of overview. The second part is from thestudent questionnaire, classroom observation and examination paperanalysis and so on, the students in the study of the atmosphere on theearth "in" the unit of the main problems are not positive learning attitude,learning foundation is weak, geographical thinking obstacles,geographical knowledge migration ability, geographic terms are notaccurate, thinking too strong dependence on geographical interpretthe images, lack of capacity and the lack of such ability of spaceimagination. The third part is from the students themselves and teachersteaching two aspects analyzes the student" the atmosphere on theearth" unit learning problems. The fourth part is mainly directed againstthe problem of student learning and the students themselves and teachers teaching problems, to" the atmosphere on the earth"teaching to choose appropriate teaching strategies, so as to improveclassroom efficiency, to improve the students learning difficulties of thestate. The fifth part is the conclusion of the study, namely geographyteachers in teaching to students learning problems, and should bestudents and teachers from two aspects to analyze students learningproblems, and in the future" the atmosphere on the earth" unit ofclassroom teaching to choose appropriate teaching strategies, will betruly effective teaching as a teaching practice in pursuit of the largest.This topic through a specific case of teaching problems to be studied,for the vast number of geography teachers change the teaching idea,grasps the appropriate teaching strategies to provide useful help.
