University statue has tremendous importance to construct modernuniversity system and manage university in accordance with law. It isthe necessary premise to realize the modern university system and theimportant guarantee of managing university in accordance with law. Ithas become a significant issue，making the university statues suffermore attention. Meanwhile, it is the bridge of the education laws,regulations and rules of the university. The elements problem is the basisof making university statue, which refers to the scientificness andeffectiveness of the university statue. Therefore, this paper mainly do theresearch from the university statues elements, which aims to comparethe differences of the American university statues and Chineseuniversity statues.First, this paper introduce the basic understanding to universitystatue and analyze the necessary elements from the academic level.Second, the writer do the further introduce the necessary elementsfrom the comparative analysis.
