At present, China is carrying out the curriculum reform of basiceducation, in order to more effectively implement physics newcurriculum teaching, improve teaching efficiency, lighten the burdenon students, teachers must set up with new courses process adapted tophysics teaching idea, have improved the physical operationeffectiveness of strategies and methods. Therefore, physical schooloperation effectiveness research has a great practical significance.This paper is based on the high school physics teaching, mainly usesthe literature analysis, questionnaire, case analysis of a combination ofresearch methods, combined with the domestic and foreign teachingeffectiveness research results, as well as the author s teaching practiceof many years, the physical operation effectiveness of systematic andcomprehensive research, and then put forward to enhance theeffectiveness of homework implementation approach.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part describes the historical development of schooloperations, domestic and international operations of Chinas schoolwork, the development situation, the existing problems and deficienciesto school-based operation effectiveness research has very strong realspecific aim and necessity.The second part, this paper defines some basic concepts in. Definethe operation definition, purpose, function and high school physicsschool operating concept, also explains the validity and effectivenessof homework concept. List of improving school effectiveness ofhomework, described in detail based on the change of studentslearning style and its effect on the professional development ofteachers role. The third part, the combination of different teaching theory (thetheory of constructivism, the multiple intelligence theory, the theory ofzone of proximal development), excavate its to improve theeffectiveness of homework from school. Put forward to improve thevalidity of the physics teaching mode of school-based homework.The fourth part, combining with the case of W school (a districtnormal school) high school physics school effectiveness of homeworkpractice analysis. To find out the effect of the operation effectiveness ofmultiple factors, and the school assignment preparation and use ofdifferent methods of these two factors influence on students carried outa detailed analysis. Based on this, proposed the teacher, school,student, parents of four levels to improve the effectiveness of operatingstrategy. Teachers in improving the effectiveness of school-basedhomework is to play a major role in improving the working key; schooleffectiveness plays a role of" management and assistance"; students inimproving the effectiveness of school-based homework plays a"specific implementation, participate in " action; parents in improvingthe effectiveness of homework in school is" assist, support, feedback"effect. A concrete practice in improving operation effectiveness ofimplementation: job design, layout, evaluation, evaluation, correction.The fifth part, elaborated the school assignment problem andcountermeasure in the implementation of practice.
