The article with " action research for language teachers" as theobject of study, to explore in the new curriculum background, ordinaryhigh school Chinese teacher action research paradigm, and from theangle of promoting the subject paradigm to explore how to group ofcultural transformation, construction in Teachers action research system,so that the teachers professional level, the implementation of the newcurriculum and school collaborative development. Focus on theChinese teachers action research paradigm, and through the videoresources and language teaching practice research on actionresearch, basic paradigm and the construction of cooperative groupof subjects the author puts forward suggestions and views.This paper is mainly divided into action research, researchparadigm, subjects culture transition in the three most.1Action ResearchIn the field of education and research, since British StendardoMoorhouse proposed" teacher as researcher" resonant catchword,"action research" in the world for the development of education havean impact on the movement. It makes education research out of justby the experts of the ivory tower, every teacher can try to researchactivities. Action research in order to solve the problem in practice asthe starting point, edge, edge study, through research, improvementaction to solve the problem, teachers action research is defined as aneducational practitioners teachers based on the solution of theirproblems in work needs, edge, edge study, until the process of problemsolving.Because the teacher action research, solve their own problems inwork, therefore, teachers become the real subject of study, andthrough participation in research, to deepen the education situation of understanding and grasp, effectively improved the quality of oneself.The2research paradigmGenerally, research paradigm is defined by the study subjects andobjects and their relationship, research purpose, method, place,process, assessment, the factors such as the overall guiding ideology, isa kind of relatively stable and typical research methods, therefore,teachers action research also has a basic paradigm. Although theresearchers and research object, content, style difference, but theteachers action research paradigm in various factors still play a decisiverole, grasp the action research paradigm in which each element, is therealization of teachers action research key.3subject groups cultural transformationA high quality action research, required not only individual effortand wisdom, is in need of more collective power and teamwork.Teaching the concept of new curriculum reform is in urgent need of thecooperation between teachers, teachers need to learn from eachother, to discuss cooperation, construction of subject group.To build a cooperative group of subjects, must be based on thediscipline group culture construction on the basis of, it is academicgroup and group members of educational activities and theirachievements after years of grinding consciously or unconsciouslyaccumulation or condensation results. However, a stable group ofsubjects of culture once formed, it will on the body in the disciplinegroup cultural atmosphere of each faculty development has greatpromoting effect. On the other hand, discipline group runsdevelopment intrinsic mechanism will be formed, from the fundamentalguiding the subject groups in the forward direction, therefore,combining the teachers action research, from paradigm perspective,this paper explores how to realize the transition of culture subject group.
