Due to various reasons, the reality of moral education in schools often falls into the quagmire of disciplinary paradigm, unable to achieve ought moral cultivation function. This study was based on observations of a school to study the formation of moral conduct disciplinary paradigm and its analysis, to explore moral education paradigm change theory and practice may be the way forward."Appearance" of managing students in the school moral education, as the evolution of "moral education working" in practice, makes result in a lot of moral and ethical content-free work. Organizations and system of school moral education work is also transformed into a machine or implement security control, eventually making moral education in schools hard to escape from the "service to the teaching" tool of fate. As a teacher of moral discipline an important role in the process,seemingly the disciplinary who was disciplined by exercise. With some specific tools such as power,specifications, inspection, preaching and so on, moral education in schools achieve to discipline on student behavior. In the text symbols in the school environment, the political class, class meeting, etc,speaking of moral is weak, lead to moral suspended.Disciplinary completes the process of moral education in schools.Behavior disciplinary moral paradigm through the human body, behavior, time and space control, reach to full realization of human control and statute. The concept is based on a yield to moral norms, moral education of their real purpose for the body of docile,moral alienation process has become a norm to discipline the object of activity, becoming separated from the living moral training, leading to the loss of the subject. It's harmful not only to tame students body,the role of teachers alienation,but also will result in lost life purpose, freedom of education transgression, and eventually lead to the alienation of people.Why the paradigm of moral appears and has some "market", has its historical and practical reasons,also due to the problem of understanding of education, moral, especially man's image, there can not be ignored,including administrators, teachers and students within the human factor.Virtue's cultivation paradigm is the inevitable way to change the paradigm of moral education, which aims to develop virtue, and moral education point fit person to promote "Being yourself" based on "Being a person". It avoids the discipline of moral weakness, is conducive to human liberation and development, the pursuit of a happy life and school life Moral Reconstruction.This study suggests that, from behavior discipline to virtue's Cultivation paradigm change, we must depart from human origin, in order to become an end in the birth of virtue, prompting people to self-discipline from disciplined by others; but also realize the "changing lanes" of moral path based on the conversion of student concept and beyond of the teacher role. Virtue's cultivation moral education paradigm should follow the "oprating activities course in life - developing good habits in activities course - cultivating virtue in good habits" logical thinking to implement.Eventually, so the school moral education hold high the banner of humanity, return towards human being, and let virtue glory bloom in life.
