Social work as a social lubricant, plays a more important role in building a harmonious society and social stability. This study aimes to explore service situation of Social Work in Enterprises,which emerging in the past two years, to clear the service effectiveness and the dilemmas faced in the service of corporate social work, provride recommendations and countermeasures for improvement based on analysis of the difficulties, with a view to broaden thinking of the next service of the selected three companies, to provide a reference for the development of corporate social work.This article is based on the theory of empowerment theory and social role theory, writeen mainly from the Social Work in Enterprises status, the enterprise social work services dilemma and the cause of enterprise social work services dilemma, the suggestion and countermeasures of Social Work in Enterprises services on the four aspects. By using Literature research, action research and observation are adopted in this paper. The mainly conclusions of this research:Firstly, the status of Social Work in Enterprises. The article recognizes that most of the line of social workers are female. The social workers、supervisors in Enterprise social work services and service agency are lack of related experience.The offer pattern of Enterprise social work services is similar to in-house progroms, but is not welcomed by the enterprise. The content of Enterprise social work services is gradually diversify and systematic.The service awareness of service object to the social work is improveing.The trust between social workers with service object and enterprise is strengthened.The service is generally accepted.Secondly, the dilemmas of Social Work in Enterprises and the cause of Social Work in Enterprises dilemmas.. The article found that enterprise social work services in the plight of the service provided is lack of field performance characteristics,and professional elements into is insufficient.Professional ethics and main body problem are existing.It is difficulty to coordinate the time of participation the service,besiades these participation enthusiasm.is low. The paper argues that the social workers and the university is lack of related experience. The cooperation with enterprise internal and external departments are low.The resources link and attention to disadvantaged people are lack The low awareness of the social work enterprise and the service object lower factors contribute to enterprise social work services dilemma.Thirdly, the suggestion and countermeasures of Social Work in Enterprises. The article thinks that social workers need to improve of knowledge accumulation, strengthen the ability of combining theory and practice, improve the ability of communication and cooperation with otherteam members, integrate resourcesion that can be obtained to promote Social Work in Enterprises services’s effect, need to pay attention to the role of government; respect enterprise’s rule and arrangement,strive for the identification from enterprise, provid service that catering to enterprise’s need; pay attention to professional cooperation between similar fields and crossing fields; pay attention to the role of government in the improvement of Social Work in Enterprises services’s effect.
