Research On The Mechanism Of "three Social Linkages" From The Perspective Of Social Work

Government has released dynamic space, social organization showing booming trend; followed by the emergence of various social organizations incubator, in order to achieve the social organization of grassrootsfunction to be professional and organizational.The government-led social organization incubator generally composed of government procuredthe services, social work organizations dominated society organizations hatching process, social organizations successfully hatched, and ultimately practiced in the communities; therefore this type of social organization incubator concept of "San social linkage" mechanism, but also anexploration of "three clubs linkage" mechanism. The author in Wuhan Y social institutions practice, which has deep experience and insights, so would like to complete this task in this perspective.In this paper, taking case study, combined with anthropological fieldwork, as a trainee in Wuhan Y-social workagency to double as a participant and observer involved in the J District of Wuhan City Social Incubator projectdirectly, familiar with project planning the implementation process and the whole set of evaluation, which collected a wealth of data, text, and other details of the project operation firsthand.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is an introduction; introduces the background and purpose of the paper,describes the "social organization"," 'administrative' social organization incubator", "sanshe linkage" concepts and methods of the last relevant literature, from Social incubator and "sanshe linkage" mechanism to make literature review, and describes the research of the problem of the theoretical basis.The second chapter is the description of social organization incubator J District in Wuhan City. Firstly, It's the description and extract "Sanshe linkage" mechanism. Secondly, from the government, social work agencies, community and social organizations four main dimensions, analyzes the four elements in the "administration" of social organization incubator "San social linkage" mechanism of action. Finally, do some analysis that the status of the rights of each body in cooperative mode.The third chapter is the "sanshe linkage" mechanism advantage in the social work perspective; from the implementation of the project summed up:in the Perspective of Social Work "Sanshe linkage" mechanism will be more emphasis on social responsibility, the work methods more professional and rational use of resources.The fourth chapter is the main problems in "Sanshe linkage" existed in the social organization incubator in social work perspective, and analyze the government, social work agencies, community and social organizations'role in it.The fifth chapter of the main way of "Sanshe linkage" mechanism of development in social work perspective; promote the professional development of the cooperation with universities, building nonprofits organization's brand and depth of understanding of the needs of residents.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect; summary of social work experience and inadequate intervene. In the final results of the analysis, the role of social work in the "Sanshe linkage" mechanism to achieve certain results; however, due to lack of experience, there have been a lot of criticism. In general, there are certain practical significance for social governance.Finally, because of the limited practical experience and research time, this research still has a lot of shortcomings, but also hope teachers and readers will forgive me.
