China is one of the countries with many natural disasters in the world.In recent years,in the southwestern region,there have been many major earthquakes such as Wenchuan and Jiuzhaigou.The earthquake disaster has caused great losses and harm to people's production,life,study work,and psychology.In particular,young people in the disaster-stricken areas have suffered a great impact.Giving full play to the professional advantages of social work and helping primary school students in disaster-stricken areas to get rid of their psychological shadows and restore a good learning status is an important task in post-disaster reconstruction.Based on the earthquake-stricken area in Jiuzhaigou,Sichuan Province,this paper takes the post-disaster students in Jiuzhaigou County J as the research object,and conducts surveys on post-disaster elementary students through questionnaires and interviews to evaluate the students' emotional communication,learning environment,and learning resources after the disaster.With the needs of interpersonal communication and social integration,the impact of the psychological shadow of earthquake disasters on students' attention state,emotional state,motivation state and other learning status issues are analyzed.In connection with the school environment,primary school pupils' families,and their own specific circumstances,we have explored the work goals and methods of post-disaster social work intervention in student learning status adjustment.Use social work methods such as group work methods and case work methods to form groups for pupils to learn to adjust their resilience,focus on students' post-earthquake psychological adjustments and crisis interventions,and enhance individual students' resilience;based on social support theory,develop Build group activities for students to learn social support networks and improve learning,link students' social resources,solve students' problems in lack of social support for learning,and shortage of school social work,and provide effective help for students after the disaster to adjust their learning status,and then return to normal Study and life,grow up healthily.
