This study talked about the College Network Ideological and Political Education how to adapt and innovative development when U-Learning is arrivaling. This study trying to revealing the inner link of U-Learning and the the College Network Ideological and Political Education, and then Proposed the innovation thinking of the College Network Ideological and Political Education which based on the "U-Learning". In this study, divided into four chapters begins:Chapter Ⅰ Introduction part.The chapter discusses the subject of this study, the basis of themes, the importance of topics, research home and abroad, general ideas and methods paper research.Chapter Ⅱ is "ubiquitous learning" the rise of the concept, practice development and significance of the highlight. The chapter on the "pan-comb in the emergence and development of learning" concept of history, and this concept for some representative countries, introduction, and then refined the value of the "ubiquitous learning".The third chapter discusses the meeting point of "Ubiquitous Learning" and College Network Ideological and Political Education, revealing the intrinsic link of the U-Learning and College Network Ideological and Political Education.The fourth chapter is about the theory and practice innovation of College Network Ideological and Political Education which based on the "ubiquitous learning".According to the link of "ubiquitous learning" and college network ideological and political education, to learn from successful foreign educational practice innovations, based on ubiquitous network Ideological and Political Education in the learning innovation to explore, from the concept of innovation and innovation in practice two levels.
