By the introduction and development of ubiquitous technology, updating the progress of information technology and network communication technology, promoting the innovation of the Internet, the Internet has been brought generalization. Education researchers found that advantage and optimize the existing form of learning, so a new word of the learning form appears-ubiquitous learning.Ubiquitous learning need to ensure the effectiveness of learning in ubiquitous environment support, ubiquitous learning environment building elements need to satisfy the following three aspects:one is technology, which need variety, large number of varying size and shape hardware computing equipment, need the network environment which unicom these computing devices and need application software systems that support the ubiquitous learning; Second, the education idea need to change the idea transformation of teaching and learning, ubiquitous learning is learners as the core of study way, any time any place of learning should be offered in ubiquitous learning environment, this is a kind of self-directed learning form. Third, resources, which need rich contents, large number, arrangement rule of network resources. Technology continues to progress and education idea was constantly update, which continues to meet the needs of the ubiquitous learning on the environment. In the aspect of network resources, Web2.0"group building group sharing" concept under the guidance also has brought a surge of number of network information resource, content rich, but there is also a resource problem of fragmentation, redundant, which affects the learners’learning effect.This study analyzes the present resources distribution and arrangement is scattered, similar to the same resource repeated construction, resource storage problems such as lack of connecting and systemic, investigated the resources problem brings to the learners’learning and learners’ demand for resources. Knowledge management related theory (that is knowledge management theory, humanism theory, unicome theory,constructivism theory) and knowledge management related technologies (i.e. the knowledge management technology, Internet technology and mobile communication technology) these two aspects as the theory and technology support, organizational and systematic integration of network resources. The knowledge management process is divided into knowledge storage, production and application of three levels, and at the same time the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge management ultimately achieve innovation of higher goal. The tacit knowledge management and storage process is mainly through the study of individual internalization and social network of individuals and the exchange communication. In the formation of the concept of knowledge management model of the structure analysis, finally apply conceptual model to implement in order to promote more systematic and explicit knowledge mining of tacit knowledge, more personal social network platform of tacit knowledge mining, promote tacit knowledge communication and exchange.The demand analysis of knowledge management model adopt the research methods of the theoretical analysis combined with the actual questionnaire survey.Findings the learners’demand of the network resources in the learning environment of ubiquitous learning, starting with learners as the core of the maximum to meet the demand for resources. Model design knowledge management of network resources is given priority with humanity oriented pattern and technology oriented model as the auxiliary pole point for construction and design. System design process have flow design, function module design and framework design. Finally test the conceptual model of knowledge management in the practice and through analyzing the result of the application of knowledge management model, finding that promote and improve the effect of the learning of the learners in the learning environment, the supply of rich systemic network resources can meet the needs of learners in ubiquitous learning and receive the ideal effect.
