Great change occurred and the application of information technology in education, largely revolutionized human life and learning, then the digital learning and other emerging learning had come into being. Ubiquitous learning has become the current and future hot topic for a long period of time and attention and research in the field of educational technology. However, it is understood, currently, in the Ubiquitous learning background, the college students’ digital learning ability is generally low, it is difficult to learn to adapt to the needs of modern society, and research for university students learning ability of digital culture is still quite small. Thus, in the Ubiquitous learning background, it is necessary to cultivate the digital learning ability in-depth study in order to train college students’ digital learning ability play a positive role in promoting.This paper has used literature review to analysis the concept, connotation, feature and domestic and foreign research status of Ubiquitous learning and college students’ digital learning ability, and on this basis summarized the college students’ digital learning and the related content, ready for the following studies.On the basis of reading,combing and comprehensive analysis of the extensive literature, Combined with the analysis of the survey, obtained the problems of students’ digital learning: digital learning awareness is not strong,digital learning ability is generally low, the mastery of digital learning strategies not enough, then summed up factors that impacted the college students’ digital learning ability: Ubiquitous learning atmosphere, the guidance of teachers, digital learning environment, digital learning resources, the college students’ problem awareness.Based on the foregoing analysis, the use of the concept of Ubiquitous learning to build college students’ digital learning training mode. The protection layer of the model includes hardware infrastructure, software learning resources, the role of the teachers and learning atmosphere, training layer regard "issue awareness, identify problems, ask questions, solve problems, the ability to develop digital learning, feedback " as design mainline, also analyzes the significance, attention problems and feasibility of implementation of the model.Finally, the model was constructed to guide the design of a practical case, and at the end of the practice carried on a questionnaire. Practical results show that this article constructed model can provide useful guidance for the training of college students’ digital learning ability, can effectively improve the college students’ digital learning abilities.
