Individualized teaching theory is developing rapidly in recent years,and has gradually become a hot topic of both domestic and abroadeducation scholars. By analyzing the typical problems that exist in thecurrent teaching process, derived on a variety of educational theory,we proposed the system of the prescription-based individualizedteaching design.From the learning attitude, learning method, learning habits andlearning style in four aspects, we quantify the specific indices bydesigning a set of diagnostic questions. Meanwhile, we introduce theteacher scoring as a dynamic evaluation mechanism, to produce anaccurate, comprehensive, dynamic evaluation of the learningcharacteristics, and provide the basic measures for carrying out theindividualized teaching. Also,we put forward an application frameworkof the prescription-based individualized teaching design,and createa dynamic closed loop from diagnosis to prescription, from prescriptionto applications, and from the application to the feedback. Inaccordance with the weaknesses and tendency reflected in learningcharacteristics diagnosis, we develop a variety of specializedprescription for teaching method, as an antidote against the disease,thus providing the direction guide and basic source material.Through the case study and a preliminary analysis of statisticalresults, we exhibit the process and application effect of theprescription-based individualization teaching design in practice. Theresults suggest that it is a both normative and operable framework, andcan effectively motivate all the positive factors, to promote students’progress in both learning state and learning effect within a relativelyshort period, thus enriching the theory and application of individualizedteaching. |
