19th century, the Christian culture and education flourished in China. On the one hand, a lot of Chinese people’s condemned and doubted it because it as the vanguard of imperialist aggression against China; on the other hand, it reflects the extensive development of cultural exchange. The development of Christianity in China and its missionaries are engaged in education in China are the products of the modern China into the semi-feudal societies. It has brought modern Western culture and advanced science and technology to China, and fresh air to boring China. This article discussed the Christianity on impact of in culture and education in China from four parts.1840China entered the modern society, the Christian schools of the West flourished in China, Catholic, Protestant and other denominations have begun to expand in China, various sects under the Qing court "no religion" policy of repression developed after the Opium War.Secondly, in the modern history of missionary activities extremely important, the missionaries were charged with the special mission as the carrier of Christian culture, its ideas and activities affect all sectors of Chinese society.As traditional Christian culture and Chinese local culture conflict, so part of the church and missionaries spread the gospel begins with the simple turn to set up education, church schools and students adapt to change, the Western missionaries in China engaged in culture and education have Coastal and inland areas in China to establish the church, the establishment of education, an objective to promote the exchange of Chinese and foreign ideas and culture to accelerate the spread of advanced Western science and technology in China. Xiangya School of Medicine was a medical school which had created in this era. Its founder and development were affected by Christian thought and promoted Chinese medical education and medical care for the development. From the twenties of the nineteenth century began, China had a large-scale non-Christian movement along with the development of Western Christianity in China. Chinese intellectuals set off an unprecedented wave of religious criticism. The occurrence of the campaign, had made a significant impact on modern Chinese politics, culture and education.Christian education to the Chinese influence is enormous, it has negative effects and positive impact, we should take an objective look upon the introduction of Christianity in Chinese history and development, analysis of these historical events correctly in order to absorb all human cultural achievements better.
