In2001, Our National Ministry of Education formulated the’"full-time compulsory education Geography Curriculum Standard (Experiment Edition)". It is pointed out that one of the basic ideas of the modern geography education is "learning the geography that is useful for life".After the new standard was issued, many schools in our country have been developing the classroom teaching in order to carry out the new concept, and put forward the geography teaching into daily life. As the implementation of the new curriculum, the author carried out an investigation which is the implementation about "putting forward the geography teaching into daily life" in part of the Tianjin high school geography teachers and students. Through the questionnaire, interview and taking part in teaching achievement report shows, the author collected the relevant data and material in order to understand the geography teaching situation of the implementation of the life. Through the investigation, Tianjin teacher’s team construction, classroom teaching innovation and improvement of the teaching mode have obtained some achievements, but there are also problems about teachers’ ideas, gaining and analyzing the geography teaching resources from life, as well as teaching practice about putting geography into daily life, etc.In this paper, to the problems about putting geography into daily life in teaching, such as lack of life thinking training in geography teaching, lack of teaching content and construction in geography class, lack of life content in geographic practice, the author points out the strategy which make life education combining geography teaching:firstly, deepen the geographic curriculum reform, improve geography teachers’ life idea; Secondly, enrich the geography teaching, digging out daily life teaching resources; Thirdly, let geography return to life, construct life geography class; Finally, make geography thinking flying in life, try to carry out life geographic practice. The purpose is to improve the teaching quality about putting geography teaching into daily life.
