In 2017,the People's Republic of China promulgated the Standard for Ordinary High School Geography Curriculum(2017 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard).The new curriculum standard clearly points out that the task of ordinary high school education in China is to promote the development of students in a comprehensive and individualized way.Preparing for students to adapt to social life,career development,etc.,and lay a foundation for their lifelong development.In addition,in the four major core qualities,the new curriculum standard clearly puts forward the literacy of geography practice,and raises the consciousness and ability of students to carry out geographical practice activities by cultivating geographical practice.The promulgation of the new curriculum standard calls for the reform of traditional geography teaching to keep pace with the times.It is more and more necessary to promote the life-rization geography teaching in high schools.Education comes from life and serves life.Education and life are inseparable and complementary.And geography is a part of life.Therefore,the life-rization geography teaching has become an inevitable trend in geography classrooms,and it has become an important and effective way to cultivate students' necessary qualities and key abilities to solve problems in real situations.However,in the actual teaching situation,the current situation of implementation status of life-rization geography teaching in the classroom is not satisfied.Therefore,under the background of the new curriculum standard,combined with the realistic background,it has important significance and value for the exploration of the life-rization geography teaching in high school.On the basis of the previous research on the life-rization geography teaching,based on the new curriculum standard,pedagogy,educational psychology,through the observation method,literature data method,questionnaire and case analysis method,this paper explore strategies for the life-rization geography teaching in high schools,and use the case to elaborate on the tactics proposed in the article to illustrate how the strategies can be applied in teaching practice.The results are as follow:(1)This paper explains the meaning of the life-rization geography teaching in high schools:through the review and combing of literature,the meaning of the life-rization teaching is explained,Then combined with geography teaching to illustrate the meaning of the life-rization geography teaching.(2)This paper uses questionnaires suevey method to investigate the current status of the implementation of the life-rization teaching:through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that students lack the use of geography knowledge in practice and teachers still have many problems and difficulties in promoting the life-rization teaching.(3)This paper puts forward strategies to promote the the life-rization teaching:in response to the surveyed issues,combined with the new idea advocated by the new curriculum,five strategies were proposed:make teaching materials into daily life,contextualizing teaching process,make the homework Practical,make the student evaluation developing,make the teacher-student relationship into daily life.(4)This paper uses the teaching case to explain the specific practice of the life-rization teaching in high school:a teaching case was selected in each of the three parts of the compulsory content of physical geography,human geography and regional geography.Through the demonstration and analysis of teaching cases,the specific application of these strategies in teaching practice is analyzed.According to the problems presented in the questionnaire,this article attempts to propose specific strategies for promoting the geography teaching in high schools from five aspects:teaching materials,situational teaching,homework assignments,student evaluation,and teacher-student relationship:(1)Make the teaching materials into daily life:relying on the existing experience of students,arousing resonance;closely following the interest points of students and inspiring students' interest;using video resources to attract students' eyeballs;using current hot topics to carry out teaching content.(2)Contextualizing teaching process:creating living situations to realize the life-rization geography teaching;using problem situations to realize the geography teaching into daily life;using activity situations to realize the geography teaching into daily life.(3)Make the homework practical:during the students' after-class time,weekends,and winter and summer vacation,arranging assignments for students in practical activities so as to train students' ability of geography practical activities.(4)Make the student evaluation developing:evaluation of students not only emphasizes summative evaluation,but also emphasizes process evaluation,so as to use the incentives and orientation of evaluation to guide students' learning methods,study habits,etc.,and to promote the cultivation of students' core qualities.(5)Make the teacher-student relationship into daily life:Teachers establish a correct view of students and teachers,change the traditional concept of teacher-student relationship,respect the student's dominant position,and build a life-based teacher-student relationship that both teachers and students be masters in teaching activities.
