At present,the mental health education in vocational school is generally guided by the traditional psychological theory,with the problem-oriented perspective,focusing on the psychotherapy oriented curriculum model.The overall working model shows the tendency of formalization,curriculum,and medicalization.The result is that the education work can’t be transformed vary from individual to individual,and there is little psychological support and construction for normal students.But positive psychology is a subject which used strict scientific research methods such as experiments and measurements to study all positive forces of human beings,aiming to cultivate people’s positive quality and the ability to create a happy life.Its core idea is that as an individual,everyone who wants to achieve the good life of well being needs to make concerted efforts from five aspects,that is,there are five pillars of a happy life:positive emotions,flow,interpersonal relationships,meaning and achievement,and the cornerstone of these pillars is character advantage and virtue.Only by making concerted efforts from these six aspects can an individual achieve a vigorous and beautiful life state and lead a truly joyful,substantial and meaningful life.Based on the theory of positive psychology,this paper uses the Psychological experimental method and the questionnaire method to combine the four kinds of intervention methods,such as special lectures,group supervision,group counseling and independent training,from the three aspects of cognition,emotional emotion and will quality.To actively engage in training,the use of high reliability and reliability of the "Adolescents’ Life Satisfaction Scale" as a measurement tool.The whole group random sampling method was used to select three classes of secondary vocational students from the first,second and third grades of the school as the research samples.Randomly assign one class of each grade as the experimental group(n=37),and the other class as the control group(n=37).A total of 77 subjects in Shannxi ZiQiang secondary vocational school students were interviewed for 14 weeks and 2 months in order to find out the methods of improving secondary vocational school students’ Life Satisfaction.The results of the experimental data draw the following conclusions:The positive psychological intervention has a significant effect on the six factors(friendship satisfaction,family satisfaction,academic satisfaction,school satisfaction,environmental satisfaction,total satisfaction)of secondary vocational school students.To test the positive psychology intervention after 2 months,the effect should have been stable and predictive but effected by external circumstances(Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia).The results of the experimental study show that the positive psychological intervention has a positive effect on improving the Life Satisfaction of secondary vocational school students.
