Teaching evaluation is an essential link of education and teaching process. How to change the traditional simple written examination evaluation model, detect the kinds of potential of students and explore the way of assessing students in an objective manner is one of the important topics for the basic education reform of our country. In this paper, the researcher summarizes the research results of students’diversified evaluation from predecessors, and tries to design a set of the diversified evaluation system about high school students’classroom behaviors on the basis of the modern education evaluation theories and the new curriculum implementation philosophies. With the diversified evaluation system, high school students learning process of biology course can be assessed more comprehensively. The purpose of this study is to change the traditional simple evaluation way based on students’test scores and find out the comprehensive evaluation system which reflects the diversification of evaluation subjects, evaluation contents, evaluation methods and evaluation feedbacks.During one academic year, the researcher separately implemented the simplistic evaluation and the diversified evaluation many times to one hundred and five students as research objects who were the sophomores of four science classes from NO.9High School Tianjin then compared and made statistical analysis to the result. At the same time, the researcher used the scale of learning adaptability and learning interest to investigate and then observed the relationship between tow evaluation modes and the students’learning behaviors, some non-intellectual factors. Preliminary results show that the diversified evaluation designed in this paper has the certain feasibility.The mode of diversified evaluation not only makes up the disadvantages of the traditional simple written examination evaluation, but also evaluates the student’s study process and effect comprehensively. After measuring the simplistic evaluation and the diversified evaluation, the results show that the simplistic evaluation is effective for differentiating the level of students rapidly, which has the characteristics of simple, clarity and significant differences. But the simplistic evaluation is bad for giving full play to the guidance and encouragement functions of education evaluation. Especially it is difficult to detect the changes of students’learning behaviors, learning attitude and other potential abilities with using the differences of the paper’s exercises types and difficulties. The diversified evaluation has the characteristics of objectivity, comprehensiveness and accuracy, but it has some disadvantages of complex evaluation factors, the long observation period and fussy analysis among the variables. The diversified evaluation has obvious correlation to the written examination evaluation, because the correlation is0.758. In the paper, the diversified evaluation has significant correlation to the students’ performances in class, because the correlation is0.916, which shows that the diversified evaluation not only focuses on the academic record, but also pays more attention to the change of behaviors and attitude in the learning process. During further study, the results show that the average students’score can be improved more by the diversified evaluation than simplistic evaluation. Especially for the medium students in the sample, their average of the simplistic evaluation is69.96, but their average of the diversified evaluation is77.43(P<0.01). The results show that these students’evaluation scores improve obviously after synthesizing other learning factors. The diversified evaluation can evaluate actual distance of the academic level between gifted students and general students and observe the changes of the behaviors and attitude in the study process. The measuring results of "the poor academic performance students" under the traditional evaluation indicate that the diversified evaluation helps them to find out the problems of their learning process. During further study on the correlation analysis between the result of the diversified evaluation and the index about learning behaviors and interest of "the poor academic performance students", the results show they have significant correlation. The diversified evaluation makes for the teachers guide the students to improve their learning behaviors, develop good learning habits and the right learning attitude, aiming to improve the learning level of "the poor academic performance students".The researcher thinks that, for most of the high school students, the diversified evaluation can reflect the students’learning more actually learning state than the simplistic evaluation. At the same time, it has important enlightenment to evaluate every student comprehensively, fairly and objectively, which is the concept of the current quality education. The paper can provide the high school teachers with the valuable students comprehensive measuring, but also offer the important reference data to the students’academic level evaluation in the implementation process of the high school biology curriculum.
