| The academic requirements, core competencies, and academic quality level in the "2017Edition 2020 Revision of the Chemistry Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools" are important standards and basis for implementing the integration of "teaching learning evaluation".However,as a new evaluation tool, there is currently no literature that combines the SOLO classification theory with the various evaluation criteria and levels of the curriculum standards for research. This study combines the SOLO classification theory with the academic requirements, core literacy level, and academic quality level in the new curriculum standards to analyze and establish a "teaching evaluation model based on the SOLO classification theory" and conduct application research. The main research content and results are as follows:First, the SOLO classification theory is introduced as the theoretical basis of teaching evaluation, and the teaching evaluation research is carried out in combination with the academic requirements, core literacy level and academic quality level in the new curriculum standard, and the "teaching evaluation model based on the SOLO classification theory" is constructed.Secondly, based on the teaching evaluation model, taking the units of "Iron and Its Compounds" and "Nitrogen and its Compounds" in "Theme 2 Common Inorganic Substances and Their Applications" in the 2019 Human Education Edition as examples, the SOLO level, core literacy level and academic quality level of their academic requirements are determined, and the class hour evaluation objectives are analyzed. The results show that, among the SOLO levels required by the two units, the correlation structure level is the most, followed by the multi-point structure level, indicating that the curriculum standards pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ thinking ability to solve problems by integrating multiple knowledge points or logical links between knowledge points. In addition, the academic requirements of the two units are involved in each level of core literacy, indicating that the curriculum standards pay attention to the comprehensive cultivation of students’ core literacy. But the academic requirements mainly focus on the lower level of academic quality.Thirdly, this evaluation model is used for practical application.Students of ABCD class in a city are selected as the evaluation objects, and the evaluation objectives of the first class of chemistry "Iron and its Compounds" at different SOLO levels in the Senior One of the Human Education Version are taken as the evaluation content. The results show that the evaluation model can design question chains of corresponding levels according to the evaluation objectives of different SOLO levels to carry out after-school evaluation on students.According to the answers of students,it can evaluate whether students have met the academic requirements corresponding to the evaluation objectives,as well as the core literacy level and academic quality level achieved."Teaching evaluation model based on SOLO classification Theory" is feasible. |
