Children acquire language skills gradually in the process of language use, so the quality of the interaction between teacher and children is very important in language learning. The interaction between teacher and children in the language teaching activities means:In order to obtain the educational experience in the field of languages, the teacher cause cognitive、emotional and behavioral interaction behavior between teacher and children, based on the content、operating materials、interpersonal interaction of the language teaching activities, with a definite purpose and plan..I observed and analyze the interaction between teacher and children in the language teaching activities in kindergarten, by using a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research methods. First, observed11video samples of the language teaching activities of three grades from2kindergartens in Hangzhou, by using non-participant observation method, and detailed record. Secondly, I used the CLASS as a measurement tool to score the samples and analysis the details.The result of statistical analysis the data(use SPSS13.0as a tool):the11samples reflects the interactive status of the teacher and children belonged to the middle level, the dimension of emotional support at a high level, but the dimension of instructional support at a low level. The average of seven indicators of the B kindergarten are higher than that of the A kindergarten, but the B kindergarten scored significantly higher than the A nursery only on the Cognitive Development (CD) index. From the point of view of the three dimensions, the B kindergarten was significantly higher than the A kindergarten on the dimension of education support. There is no significant difference between the three grades.Based on extensive literature reading and thinking on a detailed analysis of the data, I believe that the teacher interacts with children through three channels:direct interaction, the interaction based on the materials and content of activities, the interaction based on the default of activities. The verbal communication is not only a kind of interactive media, is also a part of the activities. The features of the interaction between the teacher and children:1、 An imbalance in the interaction process;2、 The default of activities override the child’s actual needs;3、The lack of concern for the promotion of thinking skills and creative thinkings;4、 the language demonstration emphasis on "performance" and neglect "demonstration";5、Interactive atmosphere is warm and harmonious;6、Difference to give encouragement. At last, I made some corresponding recommendations for these features, hoping to be useful for the educational practices:1、Expand the channels of interaction, Increase operational opportunities and pay attention to develop the children’s autonomy;2、Concerned about the children practical needs, and resolve the comflict between default and the reality effectively;3、Emphasis on the development of thinking skills and creative ability, make language development driving thinking mature;4、Improve the ability of demonstration of language learning for children;5、Express positive expectation to the children using words, and give them encourage feedback personalized.
