How to strengthen the key competencies of the vocational colleges guides curriculum factors of training personnel in, which is the main content of this article.At first, this paper described the background, purpose and significance of the study, summarized the relevant literature at home and abroad, and to define the core concept, build the theoretical basis of the study, namely:all-round human development point of view, the capacity-based view, system theory point of view, at last, it overview the research methods and ideas.
