Since the Third National Education Conference, the development of Chinese higher vocational-technical education has obtained the huge achievement. While Chinese higher vocational-technical education expands unceasingly, different problems such as the low whole diploma , the illogical structure at the title of a technical post, the low whole quality and the instability of teaching organization appear. Vocational programming of teachers are very important for the solving of these problem.This paper applies the common theory about vocational programming into vocational programming of teachers in the Chinese higher vocational colleges. Firstly, it concludes and summarizes the common theory about vocational programming, and discusses the principles, the flow and the influencing factors. Then, investigates with questionnaire and visits 14 colleges and their employees, analyses the problems and their reasons in the vocational programming of teachers in the Chinese higher vocational colleges. Lastly, this paper put forward some suggestions for improving the vocational programming of teachers.
