| After years of practice, the provincial proposition has been established and become a trend. But due to unbalanced development of provinces, the exam papers are of uneven quality. College entrance examination under the new course emphasizes students’abilities and requires capability-oriented proposition. Therefore, a discussion about proposition of new-course biological college entrance examination based on the ability requirements is of important practical value to the improvement of the quality and standard of proposition.This paper uses methods including literature review and induction to emphasize that cognitive goal should be employed in the teaching evaluation. The paper tries to lay a foundation for outlining test structure and making propositional rules via elaborating the taxonomy of educational objectives for the cognitive domain by Benjamin Bloom, together with the concept, classification, preparation of ability test. Secondly, this paper establishes the "ability-cognition goal" model of biological college entrance examination, through defining the connotation of abilities in biological college entrance examination, analyzing the elements of measurement target and its second level of behavioral objectives, combined with the taxonomy of educational objectives for the cognitive domain by Benjamin Bloom. Furthermore, the author analyzed the paper structure of biological college entrance examination from the perspective of content structure, goal structure, topic structure, difficulty, score structure, and length structure. Finally, according to the "ability-cognition goal" model of biological college entrance examination, this paper provides some suggestions to specify biological propositional rules, and to make a guideline for the proposition of new-course biological college entrance examination. |
