Research On The Problem Of Continue Education Of Travel Agency Staff

The travel agency staff is an integral part of an important team to promote the development of the tourism industry. They are a pioneer in the tourism consumers. Their business skills and personal qualities directly affect the image and sales of tourism products in the minds of consumers, so it’s particularly necessary to construct a travel agency staff with high professional quality and good business skills. In this thesis, Lifelong Education,Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Learning Organization as its theoretical basis, using Questionnaire,Interview and Literature method,25travel agency of Shenyang were selected to conducting field research. Described and analyzed the current situation of Shenyang travel agency staff continuing education, it’s in order to reveal the problems of the travel agency staff continuing education in the development process, and from the community, industry, personal three perspectives analyzed the causes of problem. Finally,on this basis, the development of travel agency staff continuing education was proposed. Hopefully, it’s useful for solving the problems of Chinese travel agency staff continuing education through researching and analyzing in Shenyang.
