As a required course for the tourism management major of secondary vocational and technical schools,the course "travel agency planning and adjustment business" is one of the important skills to master in the work of the tourism industry and plays an important role in the travel agency.Travel agency agents are the designers of travel product lines and the coordinators of cooperation between travel agencies and suppliers.With the development of economy and society,tourism has become a part of People’s Daily life,and people’s demand for tourism is increasing.As one of the three traditional industries of tourism,travel agencies play an indispensable role in the operation of the tourism industry.It is the general dispatch,commander in chief and general design for travel agencies to complete the reception and implementation of the group plan.It is highly professional,autonomous,flexible and complex,and requires the personnel to master higher theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the teaching of the group planning and adjustment business.Practice has proved that in the course of the travel agency meter adjust business teaching,the traditional "force-feeding" teaching method can’t satisfy the necessary skills to plan the personnel in modern society needs,and the task driven teaching method is a way of students to independent or cooperation to complete the "task" learning methods,teachers in the process,you just need to give students timely guidance and evaluation,it is different from traditional teaching methods,but let the student through the self exploration to complete the task of learning,so as to inspire the enthusiasm of students to learn and master the knowledge of solid sex to complete the teaching task.This paper applies the research methods of questionnaire,statistical analysis,literature retrieval,interview and IPA analysis,and applies the task-driven teaching method to the teaching of the course "travel agency planning and adjustment business" in secondary vocational school to make analysis and research.In this article,first of all,through the questionnaire investigation and interview method,to use before the task driven teaching method of experimental classes of teaching of the teachers’ teaching and students’ learning situation analysis of the status quo,the task driven teaching method used in the travel agency meter adjust business course problems existing in the present situation of a certain understanding,on the basis of further to the travel agency meter adjust business classified,the contents of this course to find a suitable for using the task driven teaching method chapters,according to the status quo and the understanding of thecourse,for the travel agency meter adjust business courses teaching model of task driven teaching method.Good construction task driven teaching method used in the travel agency meter adjust business courses teaching after the implementation model,used in the experimental classes after a period of time,by using the IPA analysis to experimental class teaching effect after using task driven teaching method for teaching and the problems existing in the teaching process to make further inspection summary,according to the corresponding improvement measures and Suggestions of,the task driven teaching method in the use of the travel agency meter adjust business courses to further improve and further solve the task driven teaching method in the travel agency meter adjust business problems existing in the course of,Improve the application of task-driven teaching method in secondary vocational curriculum and improve the teaching efficiency of task-driven teaching method.Research results show that,the task driven teaching method for secondary vocational gave birth to the travel agency meter adjust business courses have certain improvement effect,mainly includes the following aspects:(1)in the use of task driven teaching Settings link in teaching situation,students in teachers completed the task set up good learning situation,the situation can quickly stimulate students interest in learning,improve their initiative in the follow-up study;(2)USES the task driven teaching team to complete the task of the link,can promote the interaction between the students,through the cooperative learning group to complete the task,can improve the students’ learning self-efficacy,enhance the confidence of the students’ learning,and cultivate the students’ problem solving skills and ability to cooperate,effectively improve the quality of teaching;(3)in the evaluation process of task-driven teaching method,students are evaluated based on the task evaluation form to make the evaluation results more objective and fair;(4)the implementation of tasks can improve students’ learning participation.No matter in the group cooperation,evaluation or the demonstration of task results with task-driven teaching method,students’ thinking and execution are required,so students’ learning participation can be improved.(5)when using task-driven teaching method in the course of "travel agency planning and adjustment business",teachers should improve their understanding of teaching methods.When cooperating with team members to complete tasks,teachers should play the role of supervisor and instructor,supervise and guide each student to actively complete tasks and improve students’ learning efficiency.
