Tennis special physical quality mainly includes the strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility which is an important part, good flexibility can not only improve athletic performance, but also can prevent damage, prolong life movement. In the sport of tennis in the shoulder joint, trunk, hip good a flexibility quality on tennis athletes excellent achievements, avoid sports injury.This paper adopts the experimental method, the literature material law, mathematical analysis method to research, in16tennis players as experimental subjects, divided into static stretching group, dynamic stretching group, PNF stretch group and control group, by two monthly streching exersice. Testing of the shoulder joint, hip, trunk before and after the experiment, service speed and the base line speed. Conclusions are as follows:1. Experimental group and the control group of shoulder joint degree of flexibility formed a significant difference. Among them, static stretching is most remarkable.2. The experimental group and the control group there were significant differences in trunk flexibility status. Among them, static stretching to pull the sides of the torso muscles, increase of lateral spinal flexion range is the most significant; PNF stretch for trunk, extensor of the effect is most remarkable.3. PNF stretching is to improve the stock four muscles, rear thigh muscles, ligaments stretch, improve hip range of activities more effective method.4. Through long-term system stretching exercises can improve adult tennis player pliable condition. 5. Dynamic stretching group, PNF stretch group for increasing the sevice speed is more effective; around the stretching exercises for the development of tennis player baseline speed effect is not obvious.6. Through the shoulder joint static stretching, can relieve shoulder pain.
