Objective: This study has conducted a functional screening and intervention of the shoulder joints for badminton college students, which is of great significance in strengthening the weak links in the badminton college students' sports chain, improving the functional instability of shoulder joints, and balancing the shoulder muscles. Methods: In this study, the shoulder function test(FMS,YBT)was conducted for college students with badminton 2014 and 2015 grades at the Xi'an Institute of Physical Education. The FMS test involved shoulder joint function screening actions(deep squat, hurdling step, flexible shoulder, stable push-ups on the torso,Students with a score of ?10 points for rotational stability and students with a difference of more than 4 cm in the upper, lower, and lateral directions in both sides of the YBT test were subjects of study. The 19 eligible students were divided into 10 experimental groups and 9 control groups. They were tested for shoulder joint dynamic and static overall stability, and shoulder joint basic function tests. Then the students in the experimental group were given an intervention training for 8 weeks. In the control group, students only performed badminton classes twice a week. After 8 weeks, the test results of YBT,FMS,shoulder joint dynamics, static overall stability test and shoulder joint basic function test before and after intervention were analyzed by independent sample t test and paired sample t test, and the significance level was reflected by P value.Results:(1)Before the intervention,it can be seen from the muscle strength test that the strength of the right shoulder of the two groups of students is significantly greater than that of the left shoulder, and the strength of the adduction and internal rotation of the students is found to be stronger than that of the flexion, abduction and external rotation.Be strong. After the intervention, the test results of the shoulder joint function of the experimental group students were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the shoulder muscle strength was strengthened, especially the strength of the rotator cuff muscle group.(2)In the YBT test, there was a significant difference in the test results of the left shoulder of the left and right shoulders between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention, the difference between the two groups of students in the lateral direction was very significant. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the experimental group and the students in the lateral direction was less than 4cm.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the students in the lower and upper directions before and after the intervention(P<0.05).The test difference is less than4 cm.Before and after the intervention, there was no significant difference in the test differences between the control group and the students in the three directions, and the test differences in all three directions were greater than 4 cm.(3)After the intervention, the static and dynamic overall stability tests of the shoulder joints of the experimental group were significantly higher(P<0.01).(4)After the intervention, both groups of students' squat and left and right rotation stability tests have significantly increased(P<0.01),and shoulder joint flexibility tests also have significant improvement(P<0.05).Before and after the intervention in the experimental group, there was a significant difference in squats, torso stability push-ups,and rotational stability tests(P<0.01).The total score of the five joints involved in shoulder joints before and after the intervention of the two groups of students and the experimental group Very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Eight weeks of intervention training improved the shoulder muscle strength of badminton special college students. The main result was that the shoulder joint function test results increased by about 60%.(2)Eight weeks of intervention training improved the flexibility and muscle balance of right and left shoulders of badminton college students. The main manifestations are the increase of the YBT upper limb test values in three directions, and the YBT upper and lower limb test differences have been significantly shortened.(3)Eight weeks of intervention training improved the problem of functional instability of the shoulder joints of badminton special college students, which was mainly reflected in the improvement of static and dynamic test results of the shoulder joints and the improvement of FMS test values(involving functional movements of shoulder joints).
