Tennis is a technology-dominated category of net resistance, and it has high requirements for athletes' strength, speed, explosiveness and proprioception. With the continuous improvement of the competitive level of tennis, the physical quality of athletes has become higher and higher. The traditional training methods can no longer fully meet the training requirements. Therefore, the introduction of advanced training techniques and methods is very important. As a new strength training method, vibration strength training has attracted more and more domestic and foreign experts' attention because it can effectively increase the body's maximum strength, explosive force, rapid strength, balance and proprioception ability with a relatively small load.At present, the study of vibration training combined with the project to improve the specific level also verifies that the effect of vibration training is better than the traditional training effect. However, the effect of different vibration frequency and vibration amplitude on different projects and sports quality will still be explored.in.In this study,18 groups of 18 students from the 2015 of tennis at the Tianjin Institute of Physical Education under the control group and the 40 Hz and 60 Hz frequency of vibration were used for eight weeks of different frequency vibration training interventions. Before and after the speed of tennis serve to compare the analysis of the subject before and after the change of the indicators,to explore the impact of different frequency vibration training on the speed of tennis ball. The findings are as follows:(1)After 8 weeks of vibration training intervention, the 40 Hz and 60 Hz vibration frequencies have a significant effect on the peak axial torque and average power of the three axial movements of the shoulder joints.(2)The vibration training has a good promotion effect on the maximum strength and velocity strength of the three axial movements of the shoulder joint, and the effect is better than 40 Hz at a frequency of 60 Hz,and is particularly superior to the improvement of the maximum strength.40 Hz.(3)There is a strong correlation between shoulder flexion and extension, internal rotation, external rotation, forword torque and average power of adduction and abduction with the speed of serve of tennis players. The promotion of the former will promote the former will promote the growth of the latter to a certain extent.(4)Vibration training can improve tennis player's speed of getting started.Compared with the 60 Hz vibration group of the control group, the increase is more obvious. However, from the comparison of the 40 Hz and 60 Hz vibration groups, there is no significant difference between the two.
