The Design Of Management Information System For Rhythmic Gymnastics Training

With the development and promotion of information technology, computers have been widely applied to sports training management. So that information management has become the most practical and most effective ways and means in sports management.In this study, the methods of literature consultation, specialist interview, investigation and software development method were adopted to survey the Rhythmic gymnastics training. Purpose is to provide a feasible design scheme for Rhythmic gymnastics training management information system.After an investigation of this system, I completed the design scheme for rhythmic gymnastics training management information system. Function target of the system is to collection, storage, processing and delivery the information produced during the rhythmic gymnastics training, such as athletes information, coaches information, training programs, training feedback, game information and other original information, and to provide decision support. Based on database technology and platform technology research, the system uses a C/S network platform technology and Microsoft SQL Server database technology. This study build the overall structure of the system, including the six functional modules, each module’s basic function is as follows:User Management:users and athletes register, input and query basic information, edit user data and change user passwordTeam Management:create the basic training management unit, record team preparationTraining Plan Management:coaches edit, submit and check the training plan, include yearly training plan, weekly training plan and class training plan Training Feedback Management:Training Feedback Management module includes creating test, the test list, submit training summary and summary list, for management periodic testing and training summaryGame Information Management:store, and query game information, including basic information about sports events, contestants, competition results, etc.Research Information Management:input, storage and preliminary processing scientific data collected in training activitiesThis study is a new attempt for informatization rhythmic gymnastics training management, a new exploration for scientific rhythmic gymnastics training management. Modern information technology will be integrated into the gymnastics training management, so that managers, coaches can manage rhythmic gymnastics training with computers, network other advanced means. Rhythmic gymnastics training management will be more informative and automatic, so that to improve the management efficiency and level.
