Artistic gymnastics has gradually from 20 s to 50 s for the development of competitive sports. Artistic gymnastics is a rhythmic gymnastics, the nature and the modern dance is through long-term practice gradually development and form, is a natural beautification body movements and refining. With the development of the national fitness campaign, the mass rhythmic gymnastics not only as a teaching method into the teaching syllabus of PE of universities, but also because of its special some training technique, can cultivate physical beauty and temperament beauty,posture and movement, through training can make the flexibility, further improve the coordination of the body, for people to form the new building has a good supporting role.In this paper, using the literature material method, mathematical statistics method, expert interview method and the experimental method and other research methods, selection of wuhan sports college sports institute of science and technology level 2013 sports education professional 60 female college students as the subjects, by means of two groups of experiments in the trials before and after the experiment measured the body index comparison and analysis of data, analyze the unarmed action content of rhythmic gymnastics training on the specific effect of female college students' body form and the specific reason for the impact. The specific research results are as follows:1 through 15 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics training with his hands, and the experimental group and the control group weight and BMI have significant difference;That 15 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics training content with his hands, and can effectively control the female college students' weight gain, reduce body fat, prevent the body to the trend of the development of the lateral.2 after 15 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics training with his hands, and the experimental group and control group in index of physique and sebum thickness,upper arm circumference and upper arm skin fat thickness, there was no significant difference that arm training exercise intensity not affect hiplines and upper arm skin fat thickness.3 through 15 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics training with his hands, and the experimental group and control group in physical indicators, hip circumference, chest circumference, crus surrounds has significant difference; In index of sebum thickness,small hips and legs have been decreases obviously, waves, jumping, balance and the practice of female college students with thoracic kyphosis and leg ministry line has obvious improvement.4 through 15 weeks of rhythmic gymnastics training with his hands, and the experimental group and control group in physical index, waist circumference and thigh circumference has obviously decreases; In index of sebum thickness, shoulder,belly and big legs cortical thickness has a very significant difference, showed the unarmed complete and ribbon gymnastics complete set of exercises to reduce body fat,improve the body of female college students surrounded degree, reduce skin fat thickness.
