Since ancient times, there has been a saying of "learning ability" in China, but it is Japan that has widely used it in the field of education. In the education circle of Japan, learning ability is applied to all aspects of students' learning and evaluation of their learning, and it is combined with students' social ability. The application of learning ability in physical education combines the ability and social survival ability acquired by students through physical education, which is mainly divided into four abilities: technical ability, social ability, cognitive ability and perceptual ability. After the introduction of the concept of learning ability into the field of physical education in China, the scholars in the field of physical education in China raised the level of physical education ability to the level of lifelong physical ability, and believed that physical education, including aerobics, gymnastics, dance and so on,should be the education of students' lifelong physical practice, learning and educational ability. In addition, physical education has a profound impact on the evaluation of the rhythmic gymnastics courses in China's major physical education institutes, and has become an important assessment standard for students to acquire knowledge, skills, practice and learning ability after learning the courses. The teaching purpose of physical education institutions is to constantly improve the physical quality of students, enhance their physical health, promote the improvement of people's physical literacy, and cultivate people with lifelong physical exercise ideas and habits. However, the traditional learning evaluation system only focuses on the sports skills and physical fitness of students, and ignores the development of other aspects of evaluation of students, which is very harmful to the overall development of sports students. As a kind of sports, the students who study the course of popular rhythmic gymnastics are also evaluated by this single and unified way of learning evaluation, which is not conducive to these students to form the habit of lifelong exercise of rhythmic gymnastics, and it is difficult to obtain the physical ability of lifelong exercise of rhythmic gymnastics. From the point of view of physical education learning ability, such a teaching evaluation model is not conducive to the cultivation of students' physical education learning ability.Based on this, from the perspective of sports professional qualification, this article deeply studies the comprehensive abilities of students in the mass rhythmic gymnastics course and the actual mastery of rhythmic gymnastics, and optimizes the existing curriculum learning evaluation system. On this basis,we analyze the new evaluation system by issuing questionnaires, especially quantifying the proportion of different elements through empiricalanalysis. After analysis, the conclusions drawn in this article are as follows:1.Under the sports professional qualification, the content of curriculum learning evaluation is highly related to the teaching objectives, and each element is positively related to the overall teaching objectives, and each index design is effective. Most students and teachers believe that these indicators are reasonable and can have a greater impact on the realization of teaching objectives.2.The evaluation of curriculum learning under the sports professional qualification has strong operability. The evaluation of curriculum learning under the physical education learning ability can improve the enforce ability of curriculum evaluation, make students and teachers resonate in the first time, and recognize these evaluation contents by optimizing each level of indicators and breaking each indicator down.3.The new teaching evaluation system of mass rhythmic gymnastics emphasizes the dominant position of students and changes the emphasis of teaching evaluation from "teaching-oriented" to "learning-oriented".
