Our society developed gradually and people’s environment became more and more complex, that means office-man will be confronted with tons of pressure. This paper would like to focus on those office people and try to find out what is the relationship between their body adaptability and constitution.This body adaptability and constitution survey involved474office people from a High&New-tech company of Haidian Beijing. After using the manner of quoting document, scaling investigation, measuring the body construction and mathematical statistics, the conclusion comes out as following:1. The general body adaptability of those people under survey was good—best performed on adapting the social environment while worse on physiological circumstances. The adaptability of different gender coincides in this group, however office-man with different ages may show diverse adaptability--mainly on adapting social environment. For example, youngsters from school and people at the change of lives are weak at adapting themselves to the social environment but young adults do a perfectly job on it.2. Human body adaptability and the present standard of body constitution monitoring system are unrelated. Body adaptability is one of the five body construction elements, independent and indispensably.3. There is a connection between working pressure and body adaptability, especially for male. When high pressure comes, they cannot adapt well enough as the less pressure people. 4. There’s obvious discrepancy from people of all kinds of living style when considering body adaptability on social environment. A good living style always accompanies a better adaptability than an ordinary one, which occurs on male. The better living style one’s have, a better adaptability on social environment he gains.
