Bearing in mind the weakness of other researches, this research adopts an experimental method to explore the influences of different sports activities on female college students’posture, physiology, and psychology.The 80 subjects for the experiment are female college students enrolled in the year of 2007 by Xuzhou Normal University who volunteered to take sports activities after class. All the subjects are randomly divided into four groups. The control group do no physical exercises besides their PE class while the other three groups do different exercises under the same intensity:Hip Hop, calisthenics and basketball. The results are:1. Sports activities of moderate intensity may reduce the skin fold thickness of female college students’abdomen and pars iliac, thus build a better posture. In this aspect, the rhythmical sports activities’are better than the unrhythmical sports activities.2. Sports activities of moderate intensity may enhance female college students’respiration system.3. Sports activities of moderate intensity may improve female college students’physical coordination. Again, under the same intensity, rhythmical activities have better effect than unrhythmical activities.4. Sports activities of moderate intensity may enhance female college students’body esteem. Under the same intensity, the rhythmical sports can improve female college students’body attraction obviously while the unrhythmical sports activities can improve female college students’ body condition obviously. 5. Moderate rhythmical sports activities can improve female college students’body self-efficacy obviously.It is indicated that different exercise programs have different effects on female college students’posture, physiology and psychology and rhythmical sports activities such as Hip Hop and calisthenics are more helpful to their physiology and psychology.
