The reform of our country’s professional sport is driven by the government, which inevitably leads to the North Paradox. From the nature point of view, the reform is to break the existing interest pattern and to reconstruct a new pattern. In recent years, with the reforming development of our country’s professional sport, the government should redistribute some interests to ensure the healthy development of professional sport, which would stimulate the conflict among the stakeholders. During the reform of our country’s professional sport, in order to solve the contradictions and problems fundamentally, we should figure out their interest demands and clear the interest game between professional sport clubs and other stakeholders. In the mean time, we should extract the main problems during the interest game, and address some corresponding strategies and recommendations.This thesis focuses on analyzing the relationship of interest game between professional sport clubs and other stakeholders, through the methods of collecting the relative journals and books and interviewing the experts:1.Our country’s professional sport stakeholders include government, professional sport clubs, media, sponsors, spectators and agencies. The government controls most resources, acting as manager, organizer and operator, which leads to a dominant position. The government often ignores other stakeholders’interests, using institutional setting and institutional arrangements to ensure the maximization of their own interests, which leads to a non-cooperative game.2. The interest game between professional sport clubs and our government is on the professional sport league property and professional sport resources. The interest game between professional sport clubs and media is on the event broadcasting and dissemination of the information. The interest game between professional sport clubs and sponsors is on the sellers and buyers and implicit marketing. The interest game between professional sport clubs and spectators is on the conflicts of pursuiting current economic interests and enjoying high level sport competitions. The interest game between professional sport clubs and agencies is on athletes agency and sports competitions agency.3.There are some problems in our country’s professional sport interest game, mainly in the following four areas: first,on the concept, professional sport in China has fuzzy dual nature;second,on the practice, our professional sport is lack of sound management system; third, on the operate, the property of our professional sport competitions is unreasonable;fourth,on the environment,our professional sport is lack of a sound legislation security system.
