Research On Model Of Operation And Management Of Chinese Swimming Venue

The aim of this study is to explore and develop the operation and management mode of swimming venue with Chinese characteristics, which will form the ability of self-development, self-blood and the ability to survive of Chinese swimming venue. It is conducive to promoting sustainable and healthy development of Chinese swimming venue, thus promoting the development of Chinese sports industry. The problems of operation and management mode of Chinese swimming venue and its causes are analyzed in this paper, what’s more, management experience is summed up and foreign experience in stadium management will be learned by using the methods of literature analysis, logistical analysis, comparative analysis, etc. On this basis, it can be proposed the ideas and development strategies of mode of operation and management of Chinese swimming venue. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The sport of our country is rapidly getting ground in the course of the construction spring tide of socialist marketing economy and the swimming event is gradually becoming mature therewith. However, there are still several problems existing in operating and managing the swimming venue of our country:the venue itself has its own limitations and no follow-up capital due to the lack of preliminary planning; the personnel who is expert in serving, operating and managing is insufficient, system is defective; the condition of each swimming venue varies, especially in sanitary controlling and the quality of service.(2) Valuable experience have been accumulated in the process of management practice:successfully creating benefits is the fundamental way of sustainable development of Chinese swimming venue; security risk aversion is the necessary requirement for managing swimming venue.(3) The operation of foreign sports stadium management has shown the characteristics of social service, which can not only meet the growing demand for public viewing and needs of participation in sports and fitness, but also succeed in achieving profitability, thus making the industrialization of operation of stadium and its nature of social welfare can reinforce each other. In order to track out the reasonable management mode of swimming venue accord with our national situation, we should urgently change and innovate the development, thereby establishing consumer-oriented service concept with market guided and breaking the shackles of the traditional system.(4) The construction of operation and management model of swimming venue in our country should be under the socialist marketing economy system and take venue management system reform as an entry point:first of all, establish venue management mode which can adapt to market allocation of resources; Meanwhile, the operating mechanism of operation and management of swimming venue should be established around the business ideas of "equal emphasis on efficiency and safety". Therefore, we should develop the management mode of our country’s swimming venue from four aspects:perfect rules and regulations of swimming venue and advocate management innovation; build brand awareness; strengthen the cultivation of management personnel of swimming venue and enhance the ability of human resource’s decision-making; create and develop the core competence of swimming venue.
