Nanjing Swimming Venue Status Quo Investigation And Development Countermeasure Research

With the continuous improvement of the economic level,people's living standards have gradually improved,resulting in a growing demand for quality of life.Mass sports is an important means to improve the quality of life.Under the guidance of the diversified development of sports,sports fitness is becoming more and more market-oriented.The idea of spending money on fitness and recreation is generally accepted.Sports training market ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development.Swimming exercise with its unique value and charm,which can improve myocardial function,strengthen the function of heart and lung function and cardiovascular disease,by different age groups in the attention and love,is regarded as one of the favorite sports fitness activities in twenty-first Century.Nanjing is the main city and provincial capital city of the Yangtze River Delta,and the economy is relatively developed.Fitness and entertainment conditions are relatively sound.In this paper,through literature research,investigation and research methods,expert interviews,empirical analysis of the status quo of the swimming club in Nanjing,to provide some theoretical basis for its development.In addition,through the understanding of the current situation of the Nanjing swimming club,we found that the club's problems,the main conclusions of the study are as follows:1 Nanjing swimming club venues uneven distribution,the majority of the club in the economy is relatively developed,bustling place.The government should strengthen the policy intervention and guidance,rational planning branch,so as to promote the scientific and rational development of the swimming club.2 Nanjing city swimming club is the main operating characteristics of the individual proprietorship,with members and mode of operation,the business form is from showing a trend of diversity,its marketing model also need to continue toinnovation.3 most of the swimming club in Nanjing is a state of profitability,a small part of the flat and loss of state,the overall development of the Nanjing swimming club prospects.4 the proportion of male and female coaches and lifeguards are not coordinated,most of the work experience is less,the general level of sports.The club usually provides coaches and lifeguards with the opportunity of learning and training,but can not improve the level of coaches and lifeguards.5 coaches and lifeguards wage difference,polarization serious.The club should be based on the actual situation to develop wages,mobilize their enthusiasm,in order to attract more high-level talent.6 in the participation of members,the main groups of higher cultural level,strong sense of health and have a certain degree of spending power.The number and duration of participation are below average.Coaches should be guided step by step,and establish a correct world outlook of swimming.
