The Modifications Of Wushu Sanda Competition Rules For The Role And Impact Of Technology-oriented

During modern sports competition, in order to reach the aim to both keep to Wushu’s actual combat characteristics and guarantee the safety of both players., complying with certain rules of Sanda of Wushu came into being. In1982, the first edition of Sanda competition rules was constituted. Since then, several editions competition rules such as the edition of1988,1990,1996, the2004trial edition and their corresponding supplementary provisions has come along, which make Sanda competition ru]es modified and perfected in the process of practice constantly. Therefore, exploring and research the theory between skills of Sanda and modification of its rules has important theoretical and practical significance to the development of Sanda in future.This paper uses methods of literature, expert interview, comparison analysis, logic analysis and historical analysis to explain and analyze the rules of sports competition and its related concept. Via summarizing and analyzing changes of the rules of unarmed adversarial program from ancient to modern times and several great changes of the Sanda competition rules, the paper makes a longitudinal comparative analysis of the venue, equipment maintenance, scoring area, scoring criteria, stepping down and penalizing negative cuddle in the competition rules; longitudinal analysis of iho formation and the trend of the style which modern technology of Sanda owns, with the following conclusions:1The modification of the Sanda competition rules plays an important role for promoting the development of Sanda, guiding it to follow the discipline of sports activities and forming a skill system with unique characteristics. The future new rules should follow the prineiple of internationalization, nationalization and marketization and combine with Sanda’s development to play oriented functions to skill development.2Adopting cordless ring as the competition venue reflects the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture and highlight Sanda’s nationality and aesthetic value. For the aspect of inheriting Chinese traditional culture, cordless ring is an embodiment of inheritance and development of the traditional ring confront format. The future reform of the competition venue should use the development of the skills as the premise and tend to adopt cordless ring.3The contest rules which modified and improved are also combination the technical with the corresponding rules which are a screw type cycling circle with a rising process of adaptation-inadaptation-modification-readaptation. The modification of maintenance equipment, scoring criteria and scoring area in Sanda rules should correspond with the basic principle of "guarantee skills develop to high levels", which the rules have been constituted on. Thus it is possible to keep relative stability and prospectivity of the Sanda rules. This is both the demand and the result of the development of Sanda skills.4At present, rivals cuddle each other too much during the Sanda competition and lack of athlete with unique style of skills is quite a problem. In future, the modification of Sanda rules should strengthen the penalty for negative cuddle. And adhering to the "positive safe" policy guidance, the rules should let go of limits of the knee skills appropriately, strengthen the restriction for negative cuddle wrestling, enrich Sanda skill system and improve the continuity and aesthetic value of the competition. The restraints on the methods of releasing for knees and elbow timely and properly; to maintain the dynamic balance of boxing, leg, wrestling of Sanda and lay the roots in developing comprehensive and unique style for the aggressive players, we should improve the coherence and ornamental of the game.5Sanda’s technical style gradually through the exploration phase of the roughly technical, full of rapid development stage techniques and the rise phase of comprehensive development. With the continuous development and competitive rules constantly revised and improved of Sanda, in the future, the competitive rules should be based on standardized principles to guide it constantly and gradually to be a independent offense and defense of technical style with multi-kinds of technical to enrich and develop Sanda technology.
