Due to various reasons, on the Red River Valley sports science research is not enough, in many areas there are academic blank. This study only lived in Honghe River Basin of the twelve minority (Hani, Yi, Dai, Lahu, Bai, Zhuang, Yao, Hui, Miao, Lisu, Naxi, Mongolia) the traditional sports project research. Using the methods of literature, interviews, field survey, questionnaire survey and other research methods, on the Red River Valley of minority sports are studied, and Hani sports wear autumn undertook an analysis for case.The results show that:the original ecological folk to maintain the integrity of catchment area. A plurality of the connotation of the national culture, national traditional sports cultures. As a result of Basin National Sports affected by the external environment seriously, sacrifice culture in gradually weakened and dissipated.
