Since the beginning of21st century, accompanied by the rapid development of hightechnology, computer technology as the core of modern IT has been gradually becoming animportant component part of education, which provides new technology foundation forrevolution of the teaching model. Informatization promotes the modernization of other factors.In2008, the Ministry of Education clearly put forward "actively develop modern distanceeducation in primary and secondary schools to promote ’using in every class and every lesson’project and share the high quality education resources". The "using in every class" projectconstruction as the representative of the new education informatization construction andimplementation has a profound influence on traditional classroom teaching, which bringsbrand-new change to the development of the regional education. The educationinformatization construction is a dynamic and open process, with the development of scienceand technology, new situation and problems will appear. In order to promote educationinformatization for healthy and further development, new solutions will be actively exploredaccording to the changing situation. Relevant data and current situation show that teachersand students in primary and secondary schools in Yantai are enthusiastic on using theequipment and resources, but many problems appear because technology, resources and theequipment can not be used in great skills, thus, the actual application effects are not verysatisfactory. How to effectively promote the teaching application effect of the “Using in everyclass” project and to serve basic education better has become necessary. So it is quitenecessary to deeply analyze the cause of the problems, and seek the solutions throughinvestigation.This paper discusses the superiority of the application of the "Using in every class" projectin junior high school biology classroom teaching, and try to promote the solutions on the basisof investigating the current situation of the application of the “Using in every class” project injunior middle school. The study shows:1. Problems of the application of the "Using in every class" project are as following: Unbalance of the construction of software and hardware; the equipments are not fully used;teachers are not aware of the purpose of the application of the modern information technology;the teachers’ ability of making multimedia courseware, the ability of net work application andwhite-board application need to improve; the faculty training is needed.2. The solutions are as following: to strengthen the construction of software andhardware to satisfy the need of teaching; to transform the teachers’ conception and to increasethe teachers’ consciousness of modern education; to enrich the teachers’ informationtechnology knowledge; to better understand and deal with the relationship of the “Using inevery class” project and the traditional teaching model..
