With the development of science and technology and the progress of the society, allcountries of the world have engaging in education reform in order to improve thecomprehensive national strength and competitiveness.Our country has established thestrategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, implements the qualityeducation comprehensively, cultivating innovative talents and innovation education as abasic national policy of the current. And the core of the education innovation lies in thecultivation of innovative thinking, Marxist theory is a scientific world outlook andmethodology, in cultivating students’ innovative thinking has incomparable advantage overother disciplines.As the guide of the Marxist theory,this study follows the rules of the development ofthe man’s thinking, form academic findings of the domestic and international education，according to actual need for the training of the college students’ innovative thinking in thenew era, from the new visual field of the teaching of Marxist theory, through literatureretrieval,interdisciplinary research, theory and practice, draws some valuable conclusions,investigates the influence and its obstacle of the college students’ innovative thinking.
