The relationship between teachers and students(TSR) is the psychologicalrelationship of teachers and students in education, teaching and daily interaction, students perceived understanding, feelings and behavior. Academic self-concept(ASC)is relatively stable cognitive, experience and evaluation about individuals in theacademic context of their academic development. Including cognition, experience andevaluation in different academic areas, academic ability, achievement, emotional as wellas methods. Academic help-seeking behavior is a purposeful behavior, Academichelp-seeking(AHS) behavior is a purposeful behavior, with the self-regulatory functionof narrow the distance between the understanding or the performance of the currentlevel and desired level. This study to illustrate the TSR, academic self and AHSbehavior in four dimensions from the ASC overall. In this study, a questionnaire surveyof middle school students of three secondary schools of the Harbin Xuan QingSecondary School, Ji’an No. seven Middle School and Ji’an Second Middle School. Thecollected data, factor analysis, discusses the TSR of junior high school, the structure ofASC and AHS behavior. Analysis of variance to understand the status of the three. Andstructural equation modeling to explore the junior high school TSR, the relationshipbetween ASC and AHS behavior. The results show that:1.Junior high school students in the TSR, show individual differences in ASC andAHS behavior.2.Among junior high school TSR, ASC, AHS behavior there is a significantrelationship3.Junior high school TSR and ASC can effectively predict implementation ofassistance, avoiding help and instrumental help in AHS behavior. There have positiveeffects on ASC to implementation assistance and avoidance help, and negativepredictive effects of instrumental help teacher and tools to help students. TSR havepositive effects on ASC to implementation assistance and avoidance help, and negativepredictive effects of instrumental help teacher and tools to help students.4.ASC plays a partial mediating role in junior high school TSR and AHS behavior. |
